Middle of the seventh inning in a baseball game is when you will see the whole stadium , irrecpective of which team you are supporting , stand up and sing the national anthemn of baseball – “Take me out to the ball game” . Even Seventy year old become seven year olds and sing to their heart’s content. But I should say even the seventy year’s olds will be more decipherable than our man Ozzie when he sang “Take me out” in a Cubs ballgame a few years back. if I remember correctly, Ozzie’s singing made the Top-10 list for that day in Sportscenter and the next day Russel Crowe came to Wirgley filed and sang “Take Me Out” and that made the top plays as well

If you did not understand what Ozzie sang

“Take me out to the ball game,
Take me out with the crowd.
Buy me some peanuts and Cracker Jack,
I don’t care if I never get back,
Let me root, root, root for the home team,
If they don’t win it’s a shame.
For it’s one, two, three strikes, you’re out,
At the old ball game.”
